It’s a fact that Android has more market share globally than any other mobile OS. But with its usage comes susceptibility to malware. That’s when dfndr, aka PSafe, comes in like a knight in shining mobile armor offering a suite of antivirus, security, and battery-saving products. In 2016, the Brazil-based company was growing fast and needed help taking on the US market. That’s when they pulled me to write copy for their interface—this includes chatbot conversations, notifications, microcopy, error messages, guides, and overall UX flow to achieve a user-friendly experience. This gave me a chance to immerse myself in UI design tools like InVision and Figma.
